Maybe the Bills feel he's a good marketing ploy. Terrell Owens will bring in extra fans for a few games. It may even get them more national coverage. All eyes will be on Western New York. Maybe he's the catalyst to get the Bills over the hump. They need to extend the good start they had last year. Adding another explosive reciever adds options on offence. There are no big egos in Buffalo for TO to compete with. Everywhere else he had to one up the big Ego in town.

Couldn't agree more, fellas. It surprises me that anybody wanted to pick up T.O. at all. It absolutely floors me that a team did it so quickly!

Buffalo has always seemed like a reasonably stable organization to me. They aren't liable to wow anybody, but they are consistently reasonably good. Why on earth would they curse themselves by signing someone with his track record? I guess they're hoping that, with a one-year contract, they can grab lightning in a bottle, see how it goes, and then maybe sign him long-term if it all works out. Like the proverbial snowball that has the chance of surviving in a very warm, inhospitable place . . .

-I agree about TO- the guys put up great numbers, but at what cost?  He wasn't happy in SF, so he winds up with the Eagles.  Causes trouble there, ends up with the Cowboys...  Same ol', Same ol'...  The guy's never happy, and just brings down the teams he's with.  Poison..
